使用Advanced Design System(ADS)软件对功率器件SD2931-10进行直流扫描、稳定性分析、负载牵引与源牵引仿真,以确定射频功率放大器工作在AB类时的静态工作点,从而改善其稳定性,并获得最佳的输入、输出阻抗.同时利用Smith Chart工具建立L型输入、输出匹配电路,并通过谐波平衡仿真来验证电路的性能参数.在此基础上,设计了功率放大器的基本电路单元,并根据二端口网络并联原理确定功率放大器的拓扑结构,从而设计出相应的功率合成电路,使其实现了最高2000 W的功率输出.
Research and Design of 27.12 MHz Power Amplifier Based on ADS
Advanced Design System(ADS)software is used to perform DC scanning,stability analysis,load-pull,and source-pull simulation of the power device SD2931-10,to determine the static operating point of the RF ampli-fier when operating in Class AB,improve the stability of the amplifier,and obtain the best input and output imped-ance.The Smith Chart tool is used to establish L-shaped input and output matching circuits,and the circuit per-formance parameters are verified by harmonic balance simulation.The basic circuit unit of the power amplifier is designed,and the RF amplifier topology is determined according to the principle of parallel connection of the two-port network,and the corresponding power synthesis circuit is designed to achieve a maximum power output of 2000 W.
