Evaluation on Stock Enhancement Effect of Thamnaconus septentrionalis in Wuleidao Bay Using Molecular Markers
Using five polymorphic microsatellite loci based on parentage identificationng technology, the effect of stock enhancement of Thamnaconus septentrionalis in Wuleidao Bay was evaluated. The study results revealed that the average allele number(Na),average observed heterozygosity(Ho),average expected heterozygosity(He),average polymorphic informationcontent(PIC)for the samples(including 200 broodstocks and 498 recaptured in-dividuals)were 30.2,0.764,0.819,0.8,respectively.With the assumption that the gender of the broodstocks is unknown, parentage testing showed that the non-exclusion probability(NEP)and non-exclusion probability(CEP)for five microsatellite loci were 0.124-0.405 and 0.997 242 80,respectively.Among the 498 captured T.septen-trionalis,27 individuals were identified as offsprings in the simulation analysis.Hence, the contribution rate of the stock enhancement to the wild T.septentrionalis resource was 5.42%.In conclusion, the content of this study pro-vided a scientific basis for the subsequent stock enhancement evaluation.Meanwhile, these results are valuable for the subsequent protection and rational exploitation of T.septentrionalis resource.
