Abstract
The craftsmanship refers to the dedicated career pursuit,eternal innovative spirit,exquisite occupational skills and rigorous occupational attitude.This is very precious spiritual wealth of human beings.There are internal connections between academic journal editors and the craftsmanship.Academic journal editors are also"crafts-men".Cultivating the craftsmanship of academic journal editors can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of academic journal editors.Academic journal editors should integrate the craftsmanship into occupational ethics,political acumen,editorial professional literacy,communication and organizational skills,disciplinary knowledge literacy,and further education of editors.
