Research on the Party Branch-led Cooperatives to Help Develop New-type Collective Economy and Promote Rural Revitalization-Take Yantai as an Example
The new rural collective economy is an important task proposed by the Party Central Committee to achieve rural revitalization.It differs from the collective economy of the planned economy era and also differs from the coop-eratives voluntarily initiated by farmers.Instead,it is a public-owned collective economic organization that adapts to the productive forces of the new era,with clear property rights,scientific governance structure,steady manage-ment mode,reasonable income distribution,and a leading role in rural areas under the leadership of the Party.By analyzing the advantages of the new collective economy and the successful experience of the"Party Branch-led co-operatives"promoted in Yantai City,it is proved that"Party Branch-led cooperatives"is an effective way to de-velop the new rural collective economy and achieve rural revitalization.
