高质量发展背景下高职学生增值评价指标体系构建与解析

质量是高职教育的生命线,科学、客观、全面的教育评价能促进教学质量的改进与提升,聚合多元主体的育人合力,助推人才培养的高质量发展.针对高职学生评价内容不全、方式传统、主体单一等不足,基于学生增值评价理念,从教育教学全过程、全方位、全要素视角,构建体现学生发展全过程的增值评价体系,充分发挥教育评价的指挥棒作用,以期为促进高职学生全面发展提供参考依据,为提升高职院校高质量发展提供重要支撑.
Construction and Analysis of Evaluation Index System for Vocational College Students'Value-Added Under the Background of High-Quality Development
Quality is the lifeblood of higher vocational education,and scientific,objective,and comprehensive edu-cational evaluation can promote the improvement and enhancement of teaching quality,unite the educational efforts of multiple subjects,and boost the high-quality development of talent cultivation.Addressing the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods for vocational college students,such as incomplete evaluation content,outdated methods,and a singular evaluation subject,we propose to construct a value-added evaluation system that reflects the entire process of student development,based on the concept of student value-added evaluation and from the perspective of the entire process,all aspects,and all elements of education and teaching.By fully leveraging the guiding role of educational evaluation,we aim to provide a reference for promoting the overall development of voca-tional college students and an important support for enhancing the high-quality development of vocational colleges.
