数字化转型背景下教师教学能力创新提升研究

教师数字素养提升是教育教学与数字技术融合的必然选择,也是培育高素质创新人才、推动教育数字化转型的关键.但在数字化转型发展过程中,依然存在部分教师对数字转型的理解不到位、相关教育培训课程不完善、数字化培训机制缺乏、数字资源供给不平衡等问题.基于此,学校要积极探索教师数字能力提升的有效路径,从教育观念认知、课程体系优化、数字氛围塑造、保障体系完善等方面入手,助力教师数字化能力提升.
Research on the Innovative Improvement of Teachers'Teaching Abilities under the Background of Digital Transformation
Enhancing teachers'digital literacy is an inevitable choice for the integration of education and teaching with digital technology,as well as a crucial factor in cultivating high-quality innovative talents and promoting the digital transformation of education.However,during the process of digital transformation and development,there are still issues such as some teachers'inadequate understanding of digital transformation,incomplete relevant educa-tional training courses,lack of digital training mechanisms,and unbalanced supply of digital resources.Based on this,schools should actively explore effective paths for improving teachers'digital capabilities,starting from aspects such as cognitive understanding of educational concepts,optimization of curriculum systems,digital atmosphere shaping,and the improvement of support system,in order to assist teachers in enhancing their digital capabilities.
