In the context of the SPOC mixed learning model in the digital era,a dual-mentorship teaching ap-proach combining online and offline elements is adopted for vocational college students in Sino-foreign cooperation programs. This model consists of a combination of"Chinese teachers, foreign teachers, and online resource librar-ies."Higher vocational colleges and their foreign partners jointly design courses, with Chinese teachers guiding students through bilingual courses and foreign teachers focusing on consolidating professional knowledge.Students utilize the online resource libraries of both parties for pre-study and further enhancement, aiming to reduce the difficulty of course learning and promote the achievement of bilingual teaching objectives.Furthermore, ideological and political elements are integrated into the courses to ensure the smooth implementation of the introduced courses and cultivate internationalized, compound technical talents who are more adaptable to the application environment of Chinese enterprises.
