Innovation and Practice of Enterprise Mentor Team Building in Modern Apprenticeship System-A Case of Work at Best Logistics Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Project in Yantai Vocational College
In the modern apprenticeship system,the enterprise mentor team is one of the most central elements in the apprenticeship system.The value of enterprises and enterprise mentors is the endogenous power for enterprise mentor team building and mentoring.Oriented by realization of the value of the enterprise and mentors,the enter-prise mentor team should be built in two aspects,i.e.the enterprise mentor management system and mentoring ca-pability system.In practice of Best Logistics Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Project in Yantai Vocational College,the"white list,statement and contracting"enterprise mentor team and mentoring management system was developed in an innovative way,the enterprise mentoring core capability system that highlights both virtue and ability and the en-terprise mentoring capability improvement mechanism featuring university and enterprise linkage were established to improve the mentoring capability in all aspects,and mentors'value demands are met by virtue of allowances and honors.To guarantee the mentoring quality,the mentoring whole-process assessment and evaluation system featu-ring"one principal,one auxiliary and three stages"was established innovatively to evaluate each mentoring stage of the mentor objectively.The practice proves that the enterprise mentor team oriented by the value demands of the enterprise and the mentor can effectively give play to the activeness and initiative of mentors in mentoring,so as to guarantee the talent cultivation quality of the modern apprenticeship system.
