高校学生食堂是为学生提供食品的主要场所,与学生的身体健康息息相关.因此,面对复杂的高校学生食堂食品安全问题,需要进一步加强监督和管理,这样才能够为学生创造一个安全的饮食环境,让学生更加放心的在食堂进食.立足于高校学生食堂管理工作,探讨食品安全监管中存在的不足和问题,分析食品安全第三方监管模式的应用价值,并提出高校学生食堂管理中食品安全第三方监管模式的应用策略,以期为更多的高校学生食堂管理提供参考.
Abstract
As the main occasions that provide foods for students,college student canteens are closely related to physical health of students.Therefore,in face of the complex food safety problems in college student canteens,su-pervision and management should be further strengthened,so that a safe dining environment can be created for students,and students will rest assured for dining in canteens.Targeting at college student canteen management,deficiencies and problems in food safety supervision are discussed,the application value of food safety third-party supervision mode is analyzed and the application strategies for the food safety third-party supervision mode in col-lege student canteen management are proposed,hoping to provide a reference for the management of more college student canteens.
