在信息技术飞速发展的今天,公共图书馆作为知识与文化的传播中心,处于数字化转型的关键时期.人工智能(AI)技术的兴起为公共图书馆带来了前所未有的挑战与机遇,它不仅改变了图书馆的资源管理和用户服务方式,还推动了图书馆向智能化、个性化和社会化方向的发展.文章探讨了人工智能在公共图书馆服务中的应用,分析其带来的挑战、机遇及人工智能助力优化路径,以期为公共图书馆服务提升提供对策参考.
Abstract
In today's rapidly evolving landscape of information technology,public libraries,as hubs for the dissemi-nation of knowledge and culture,are at a pivotal moment of digital transformation.The rise of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology brings unprecedented challenges and opportunities to public libraries.AI not only transforms re-source management and user service methods of libraries but also drives the development of libraries towards greater intelligence,personalization,and socialization.This article examines the application of AI in public library serv-ices,outlining the challenges and opportunities it presents,as well as the optimization pathways AI offers.The goal is to provide strategic insights for enhancing public library services.
