摘要
高校学生资助工作是党和国家高度关注的民生工程,是促进教育公平和社会公正的有效手段.文章立足学生资助工作实践,以马斯洛需求层次理论为依据,构建基于马斯洛需求层次理论的高校按需助学模型,并从基本前提、主要策略、关键保障等方面提出实施策略,旨在紧扣学生全面发展问题,构建更加有效的资助育人模式.
Abstract
The financial aid work for university students is a vital livelihood project highly prioritized by the Party and the country,serving as an effective means to promote educational fairness and social justice.Grounded in prac-tical experience of student financial aid,this article constructs a university on-demand financial aid model based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory.It proposes implementation strategies from aspects such as fundamental premises,key strategies,and essential safeguards,aiming to address comprehensively students'development needs and establish a more effective model integrating financial aid and education.
