新质生产力赋能职业教育:逻辑内蕴、现实困境与创新路径

摘要
职业教育在推进社会主义现代化建设中发挥着重要作用.新质生产力,作为习近平总书记对于马克思主义生产力理论的重要突破和创新,其赋能职业教育的双重逻辑是在价值论逻辑上具有独特优势及发展价值,在认识论逻辑上创造出职业教育高质量发展生态.当前我国职业教育高质量发展面临依靠传统发展格局、缺乏发展方式、职业教育功能发挥不足等现实困境.在推动新质生产力赋能职业教育高质量发展进程中,还需要通过构建"新质生产力+职业教育"新发展模式,借力科技创新提升职业院校实力,建立新质生产力赋能的职业教育风险防控机制.
Abstract
Vocational education plays a crucial role in advancing socialist modernization.The concept of new quality productive forces,as a significant breakthrough and innovation in Marxist theory of productivity by General Secre-tary Xi Jinping,embodies a dual logic in empowering vocational education.It brings unique advantages and devel-opmental value in terms of value theory logic and creates a high-quality development ecosystem for vocational edu-cation in epistemological logic.Currently,the high-quality development of vocational education in China faces challenges such as reliance on traditional development patterns,lack of development approaches,and underutiliza-tion of vocational education functions.In promoting the process of empowering vocational education with new quality productive forces and achieving high-quality development,it is necessary to establish a new development model of"new quality productive forces+vocational education"by leveraging technological innovation to enhance the strength of vocational colleges and establish risk prevention and control mechanisms for empowering vocational edu-cation with new quality productive forces.
