旅游产业与高职智慧养老专业产学融合探析

摘要
随着人口老龄化趋势的加剧,旅游智慧养老产业作为新兴的交叉领域,正逐渐展现出巨大的发展潜力.高职旅游产业与智慧养老产学融合发展体现了增强职业教育适应性、满足养老市场需求、提高毕业生就业竞争力的应然追求,然而现行的高职旅游智慧养老专业融合发展却存在人才培养与市场需求脱节、师资力量与教学资源不足、实践教学与校企合作缺乏深度合作等问题.基于高职旅游智慧养老产学融合发展应然与实然差距,应该明确产学融合的目标与定位,加强师资队伍建设,深化校企合作,完善产学融合的评价机制,实现教育与产业的良性互动,共同推动旅游智慧养老产业的快速发展和高职院校的转型升级.
Abstract
As the trend of aging population intensifies,the emerging cross-disciplinary field of smart elderly care industry in tourism is gradually demonstrating tremendous potential for development.The integration and develop-ment of vocational tourism industry and smart elderly care industry with education reflect the natural pursuit of en-hancing vocational education adaptability,meeting the demands of the elderly care market,and improving gradu-ates'employability.However,the current integration and development of vocational tourism and smart elderly care industries face challenges such as a mismatch between talent cultivation and market demands,inadequate faculty and teaching resources,and a lack of deep collaboration in practical teaching and school-enterprise partnerships.Addressing the gap between ideal aspirations and reality in the integration and development of vocational tourism and smart elderly care industry with education requires clear objectives and positioning for industry-education inte-gration,strengthening faculty development,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,improving evaluation mech-anisms for industry-education integration,and achieving a positive interaction between education and industry.These efforts will collectively drive rapid development in the smart elderly care industry in tourism and the transfor-mation and upgrading of vocational colleges.
