基于专创融合的高职电商专业"岗课赛证创"综合育人模式探析

摘要
基于专创融合视角和双创背景下,以高职电商综合育人模式为研究对象,深入剖析高职电商专业的人才培养问题,以电商行业企业人才需求为导向,以"强化岗位专项能力、优化职业迁移能力、提升创新创业能力"为目标,研究高职电商专业"岗课赛证创"综合育人模式,给出高职电商专业综合育人模式的实践路径.通过调研与分析,围绕专业+创业、校企合作等内容,结合就业岗位,确定高职电商综合育人内容,在高职电商专业教育教学中融入"创新创业元素",以专业促创新创业,以创新创业精专业,助力电商综合育人与产业需求的紧密对接,旨在为高职电商专业综合育人质量提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
From the perspective of integrating profession and entrepreneurship and under the backdrop of business startup and innovation,this study focuses on the comprehensive education model for e-commerce in vocational col-leges,deeply analyzing the issues in talent cultivation within e-commerce programs at vocational colleges.It is guided by the talent needs of the e-commerce industry,aiming to"strengthen specialized job skills,optimize ca-reer transition capabilities,and enhance innovation and entrepreneurial abilities".The study investigates the com-prehensive education model of"positions,courses,competitions,certifications,and innovations"for e-commerce in vocational colleges,providing practical pathway for the comprehensive education model for e-commerce in vo-cational colleges.Through research and analysis,the study focuses on integrating the aspects of specialization and entrepreneurship,school-enterprise cooperation,and other related areas.It combines employment positions to de-termine the comprehensive education content for e-commerce in vocational colleges.It incorporates"innovation and entrepreneurship elements"into the teaching of e-commerce majors in vocational colleges,aiming to promote innovation and entrepreneurship through professional education,and refine professional skills through innovation and entrepreneurship,thereby facilitating a close alignment between the comprehensive e-commerce education and industry demands,with the goal of providing valuable references for the development of professional comprehensive e-commerce education quality in vocational colleges.
