数字化背景下旅游专业教学实践改革——以"导游业务"课程为例

摘要
数字经济和数字社会的发展,推动教学目标和教学内容的变革与创新.旅游专业的教学培养方向既要满足数字化浪潮下旅游产业人才需求,又要考虑学生未来的就业与发展.高校现有的教学模式,难以满足数字时代下旅游市场的人才需求.文章基于数字社会角度重新思考教学实践改革的必要性,对旅游课程存在的问题进行分析,并以"导游业务"课程为例,从教学内容、教学方式、教学条件和考核评价模式等方面提出数字化教学实践改革措施,为助力智慧旅游人才高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
The development of the digital economy and digital society is driving the transformation and innovation of teaching objectives and content.The educational direction for tourism majors shall not only meet the talent needs of the tourism industry in the digital age but also consider the future employment and development of students.The current teaching models in universities are inadequate in meeting the talent requirements of the tourism market in the digital era.This article reconsiders the necessity of teaching practice reform from the perspective of a digital so-ciety,analyzes the problems existing in tourism courses,and takes the"Tour Guide Operations"course as an ex-ample.It proposes digital teaching practice reform measures in terms of teaching content,teaching methods,teach-ing conditions,and assessment and evaluation models,providing a reference for the high-quality development of smart tourism talent.
