Research on Strategies to Enhance the Effectiveness of Grid Management in Grassroots Communities in Yantai City
Grid management in grassroots communities is a crucial component of modernizing the national govern-ance system and capabilities.In the public sector,a trend of"no grid,no governance"is gradually emerging,es-sentially reflecting the extension of administrative power to the grassroots level and the downward shift of social gov-ernance and service centers.Its advantages lie in the refinement of management and the precision of services.This paper aims to promote urban fine governance by first identifying the deficiencies in the grid management of local communities,accurately discovering and recognizing problems.Secondly,it combines relevant theories and prac-tices of social governance and grid management to summarize and analyze the causes of these problems.Finally,based on local conditions,it draws on successful experiences of grid management in communities both domestically and internationally,and explores practical solutions tailored to local circumstances,striving to build a new pattern of grassroots collaborative governance and shared benefits.
