Constructing a Four-Dimensional System for Collaborative Labor Education and Student Development in Medical Colleges in the New Era
The new era's demand for higher standards and more comprehensive talent development urgently requires moving away from the isolated development approach of the"five educations"and transitioning towards collabora-tive education. This article focuses on 702 medical students from X Medical College to understand the current status of labor education and its collaborative student development. It was found that some medical students still have room for improvement in the"knowledge, attitude, and practice"aspects of labor education, and the systematic implementation of collaborative labor education and student development can be further enhanced. To improve the effectiveness of collaborative labor education and student development, several strategies can be considered:utili-zing subject course clusters in the curriculum system to break down professional barriers and establish thematic course clusters linking the school with society;implementing a comprehensive system that covers all students, processes, and aspects;ensuring support through administrative backing, faculty teams, and logistical support;es-tablishing an evaluation system that is diverse in its subjects, scientifically based in its methods, and visually com-prehensive in its content.
