摘要

文章以信息时代为背景,对目前高校图书馆的读者服务工作开展调研分析,发现高校图书馆的读者服务工作存在部门多、手续复杂、资源不足、服务水平不高和信息化建设滞后等问题,进而提出强化读者服务意识、提高图书馆数字服务能力、创新图书馆信息化服务方式、完善图书馆数字服务资源等建议,以期为提升高校图书馆读者服务水平提供借鉴.

Abstract

Taking the information age as the background,this paper conducts research and analysis on the current reader service work in university libraries.It identifies several issues in the reader service work of university librar-ies,including multiple departments,complicated procedures,insufficient resources,low service levels,and lag-ging information technology construction.Based on these findings,the paper proposes suggestions such as strength-ening the awareness of reader service,improving the digital service capabilities of libraries,innovating the informa-tion service methods of libraries,and enhancing the digital service resources of libraries.The aim is to provide ref-erences for enhancing the reader service level of university libraries.
