Talent revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization,and vocational education plays an irreplacea-ble role in this endeavor.Leveraging its unique geographical proximity to rural economic development,the majority of its students originating from rural areas,and its talent cultivation structure that well aligns with the types of tal-ents required by rural economic development,Yantai Vocational College has embarked on a research and practice exploration based on the Party's ideology towards rural talent,the logical mechanism,main content,and implemen-tation pathways of rural talent revitalization and vocational education.Relying on nearly 20 high-level secondary and tertiary industrial professional clusters and an extensive open education and community education network across Yantai City,the college has formulated an"education-training integration"model for cultivating rural revi-talization talents,achieving a series of research and practical outcomes.
