烟台市城区老建筑活化利用研究

摘要
对一座城市来说,城市更新不可避免地面临一个老建筑活化利用的问题.老建筑是它的根脉,是城市发展中的历史与文化肌理,是城市由古至今的重要见证,守护好这些老建筑就是守护好城市的"魂",利用好这些老建筑是回馈先人智慧的最好方式.烟台作为历史文化名城,留存有数量众多的老建筑遗产,如何在城市建设中保护、利用、发挥好这些作为历史文化遗产的老建筑的作用,是当前面临的重要问题.老建筑活化利用需要政府加强顶层设计与规划,明确老建筑活化利用的原则和功能定位,着力打造老建筑活化利用的文化名片,完善老建筑活化利用的业态布局,加强文旅宣传和推广.
Abstract
For a city,urban renewal inevitably faces the issue of revitalizing and utilizing old buildings.Old build-ings are the roots of a city,representing the historical and cultural fabric of its development and serving as important witnesses to the city's evolution from ancient times to the present.Protecting these old buildings means safeguarding the"soul"of the city,and utilizing them well is the best way to honor the wisdom of our ancestors.As a historic and cultural city,Yantai has preserved copious old building heritage.The current challenge lies in how to protect,utilize,and leverage these old buildings as historical and cultural heritage in urban construction.The revitalization and utilization of old buildings require the government to strengthen top-level design and planning,clarify the principles and functional orientation of their revitalization and utilization,focus on creating cultural brand identities for revitalized old buildings,improve the business layout for their utilization,and strengthen cultural tourism promo-tion and publicity.
