随着社会快速发展和生活节奏加快,青少年心理健康问题日益突出,传统家庭教育模式在面对青少年心理健康问题时的局限性逐渐显现,探索一种新型家庭教育模式对促进青少年心理健康尤为重要.文章旨在探讨音乐疗愈融入家庭教育对青少年心理健康的创新模式,分析音乐疗愈在家庭教育应用中的理论基础和实践价值,揭示音乐疗愈对青少年心理健康的积极作用,并提出相应建议和策略,帮助青少年缓解心理压力,提高心理素质,促进青少年心理健康发展,以期为我国青少年心理健康教育提供有益借鉴.
Research on the Impact of Integrating Music Therapy into Family Education on Adolescent Mental Health
With the rapid development of society and the acceleration of life pace,adolescent mental health issues have become increasingly prominent.The limitations of traditional family education models in addressing adolescent mental health problems have gradually emerged.It is particularly important to explore a new family education model to promote adolescent mental health.This article aims to explore an innovative model of integrating music therapy into family education for adolescent mental health,analyze the theoretical basis and practical value of music therapy in family education applications,reveal the positive effects of music therapy on adolescent mental health,and pro-pose corresponding suggestions and strategies to help adolescents relieve psychological pressure,improve psycholog-ical quality,and promote the healthy development of adolescent mental health.It is hoped that this will provide useful insights for adolescent mental health education in China.
