推动大中小学思想政治理论课一体化建设循序渐进、螺旋式上升,对于培育担当民族复兴重任的时代新人,具有至关重要的作用.大中小学思想政治理论课一体化的核心在于将思想政治理论课的关键要素在各个学段(大学、中学、小学)之间进行系统规划与有机融合,从而构建一个层次分明、相互促进的思想政治教学体系.面对思想政治理论课一体化建设中尚存的诸多挑战,如教学目标进阶性不明晰、教学内容耦合度不强、教学方法适配性欠佳、教学评价实效性不显著、教学资源的整合性不充分等问题,必须全面把握教学对象、教师职能、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等关键要素.由此,需从构建教学体系、培育教师队伍、开发社会实践资源、革新评价机制、完善治理架构等多方位入手,全面推动大中小学思想政治理论课一体化向高质量发展迈进.
The Core Essence and Practical Path of Integrated Ideological and Political Education in Primary,Middle,and Higher Education
Promoting the integrated construction of ideological and political theory courses in primary,middle,and higher education in a gradual and spiral manner is crucial for cultivating new generations who will shoulder the re-sponsibility of national rejuvenation.The core of this integration lies in systematically planning and organically in-tegrating the key elements of ideological and political theory courses across different educational stages(university,middle school,and primary school),thereby constructing a well-structured and mutually reinforcing ideological and political teaching system.In the face of numerous challenges still existing in the integrated construction of ideo-logical and political theory courses,such as unclear progressive teaching objectives,insufficient coupling of teach-ing content,inadequate teaching method compatibility,insignificant teaching evaluation effectiveness,and insuffi-cient integration of teaching resources,it is necessary to comprehensively grasp the key elements including teaching objects,teacher functions,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of integrated ideological and political education in primary,middle,and higher education by constructing a teaching system,cultivating the teaching staff,developing social practice resources,innovating evaluation mechanisms,and improving governance structures.
