高职"百万扩招"背景下学分制改革的有效策略与路径研究

摘要
在我国高职院校三年"百万扩招"的大背景下,于教育体制改革中加强对学分制模式的理论研究与创新应用,能确保教育整体质量,使高职学生始终维持学习热情,并在获得持续性优化配置的教育资源后,实现专业素养、综合实践能力的持续性发展.基于此,文章聚焦高职"百万扩招"政策,围绕学分制改革话题,探讨其对高职教育的影响,寻找高职学生个性化教育思路,并且提出切实可行的教育改革策略,以确保扩招后高职院校的人才培养质量不降档,也为高职教育深度改革提供理论与实践参考.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the three-year"Million Enrollment Expansion"policy(enrollment expansion of higher vocational education)in China's higher vocational colleges,strengthening theoretical research and innovative application of the credit system mode within the educational system reform can ensure the overall quality of educa-tion,maintain students'enthusiasm for learning,and achieve continuous development of their professional literacy and comprehensive practical abilities after obtaining continuously optimized educational resources.Based on this,focusing on the"Million Enrollment Expansion"policy in higher vocational education and centering on the topic of credit system reform,this paper discusses its impact on higher vocational education,seeks personalized educational ideas for higher vocational students,and proposes practical educational reform strategies to ensure that the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges does not decline after the enrollment expansion.It also provides theo-retical and practical references for the in-depth reform of higher vocational education.
