基于高水平专业群建设的高职财经人才培养范式构建研究——以烟台职业学院为例

摘要
在"双高计划"引领下,我国高等职业教育正迈向高质量发展、高水平发展和特色化发展的新阶段,创新人才培养模式在其中扮演着关键角色.文章针对当前高职院校财经专业人才培养中面临的挑战,结合烟台职业学院数智财经高水平专业群的建设实践,从专业群结构调整、人才培养模式创新、课程教学资源开发、师资队伍建设和人才培养质量评价五个维度提出构建高职财经人才培养范式的方案,旨在提升高职财经人才培养的质量,更好地契合行业产业需求,以服务区域经济发展.
Abstract
Led by the"Double High-level Plan,"China's higher vocational education is entering a new stage of high-quality,high-level,and specialized development,with innovative talent cultivation models playing a cruci-al role.Addressing the challenges faced in cultivating finance and economics talents in current higher vocational colleges,and combining the construction practice of the high-level professional group for digital intelligence fi-nance and economics at Yantai Vocational College,this paper proposes a scheme for constructing a talent cultiva-tion paradigm for higher vocational finance and economics talents from five dimensions:professional group structural adjustment,talent cultivation mode innovation,curriculum and teaching resource development,teaching staff con-struction,and talent cultivation quality evaluation.The aim is to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational finance and economics talents,better meet the needs of industries,and serve regional economic develop-ment.
