Research on the Enhancement and Practice of University Teachers'Professional Competence from the Perspective of Social Stratification
From the perspective of social stratification and based on the concept and connotation of"double-posi-tion"teachers,this paper proposes stratifying university teachers according to their"core competitiveness."It es-tablishes an evaluation system for teachers'professional competence based on"core competitiveness"indicators,di-vided into three levels:backbone teachers,professional leaders,and guiding experts,with nine stages within these levels.A"four-dimensional integration"growth system combining"morality cultivation,task-driven,stratified policy implementation,and institutional guarantee"is constructed to enhance the professional competence of teach-ers at different levels and stages in a targeted manner.Specific implementation paths and strategies are provided.The practical validation of the teacher team within the professional groups affiliated with the construction units of the Ministry of Education's"Double High-level Plan"provides theoretical guidance and practical evidence for the construction of university teacher teams.
