摘要
针对现有研究中导向型、涌现型、权变型三种企业数字化创新战略的研究结论不兼容甚至矛盾现象,本文基于知识观探讨企业数字化创新战略的适应性选择机制,将三种创新战略纳入统一的分析框架,通过揭示组织的知识结构、认识系统特征与数字化创新战略选择及其绩效之间的复杂组态关系进行实证研究.研究表明:(1)从知识观视角看,组织的知识结构与认识系统特征构成企业选择数字化创新战略的两个关键因素;(2)导向型与涌现型数字化创新战略之间既互补又替代,组织知识基础条件之间的差异形成导向型与涌现型战略之间的权变型战略.据此,本文提出企业数字化创新战略的适应性机制理论,推进了企业数字化创新战略与适应性变革的交叉理论创新,为企业数字化转型实践提供管理启示.
Abstract
Based on the knowledge perspective,this paper explores the adaptive selection mechanism of enterprise digital innovation strategy,aiming to address the issue of incongruity and contradictions among existing conclusions regarding the oriented,emergent,and contingent digital innovation strategies.This study empirically uncovers how the organizational knowledge structure and system of knowing interact with digital innovation strategy to influence performance,integrating these three strategies into a cohesive analytical framework.Our findings,derived from fsQCA,reveal that:(1)From the knowledge perspective,objective knowledge and the system of knowing play pivotal roles in shaping a enterprise's choice of digital innovation strategy.(2)Oriented and emergent strategies demonstrate both complementary and substitutable characteristics,while contingent strategy emerges as a feasible alternative under diverse knowledge conditions.Based on these findings,this paper proposes an adaptive mechanism theory for enterprise digital innovation strategy,advancing a cross-theoretical evolution in digital innovation and adaptive change literature,and offering practical implications for effective management of digital transformation initiatives.
