数字经济与高技术产业价值链关系研究

数字经济如何助力高技术产业打破价值链低端锁定和实现价值链攀升?本文基于2011-2020年中国30个省份面板数据,运用熵权-TOPSIS法测度数字经济与高技术产业价值链的发展水平,研究数字经济对高技术产业价值链的提升机制.研究发现:数字经济通过提升市场开放水平推动高技术产业价值链攀升;创新链强度在数字经济与高技术产业价值链关系中发挥正向调节作用;不同省份(区域)、不同行业的数字经济发展对高技术产业价值链的影响效应存在差异.高技术产业价值链的攀升,可以借助区域市场化程度提高和创新链强度提高两个路径实现.
Research on the Relationship between Digital Economy and High-tech Industry Value Chain
How can the digital economy help high-tech industry break the low-end lock in the value chain and achieve value chain climb?Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,the entropy weighted TOPSIS method is used to measure the development level of the digital economy and high-tech industry value chain,and to investigate the promotion mechanism of the digital economy on the high-tech industry value chain.Research has found that the digital economy drives the high-tech industry value chain to climb by improving the market openness.The strength of the innovation chain plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between the digital economy and the high-tech industry value chain.There are differences in the impact of the digital economy development on the high-tech industry value chain in different provinces(regions)and industries.This study expands new avenues for high-tech industry to achieve value chain climb from two aspects:regional marketization degree improvement and innovation chain strength improvement.
