应急产业集聚对区域经济韧性的影响研究

摘要
日益复杂的外部环境对经济高质量发展提出了挑战,区域经济韧性能够在助力实体经济发展的同时帮助遭受冲击的经济系统快速恢复.在不稳定的大环境下,因国家关注和社会需要,应急产业发展势头向好并呈现集聚态势.首先,本文将区域经济韧性分为四个维度:抵抗力、恢复力、适应力和再定位能力.其次,构建了应急产业集聚促进区域经济韧性的理论框架,采用中国大陆29个省份与直辖市(不包括海南与西藏)2005-2018年的面板数据,利用空间杜宾模型,对应急产业集聚对区域经济韧性的影响进行探究.实证结果表明,应急产业集聚能够显著提升区域经济韧性,且产业集聚具有空间溢出效应.
Abstract
The increasingly complex environment puts forward severe challenges to the high-quality development of the economy.While the regional economic resilience can promote the development of the real economy,it can also make the economic system that suffers from the impact recover quickly.In such an unstable circumstance,due to national attention and social demands,the development of emergency industry is improving and presenting a trend of clustering.First,this paper divides regional economic resilience into four aspects:resistance,recovery,adaptability and relocation ability.Second,the theoretical framework of emergency industrial agglomeration has been constructed to reinforce regional economic resilience.Based on the panel data of Chinese mainland 29 provinces and municipalities(except Hainan and Tibet)from 2005 to 2018,using the Spatial Dubin Model(SDM)to explore the impact of emergency industrial agglomeration on regional economic resilience.The empirical results put forward that emergency industrial agglomeration can significantly enhance regional economic resilience,and industrial agglomeration has spatial spillover effect.
