摘要

社会网络嵌入是提升企业协同创新水平的驱动因素.本文基于327家高端装备制造业企业的调研数据,探讨了社会网络嵌入对企业协同创新的影响机制.研究结果表明:社会网络嵌入(结构嵌入、关系嵌入和认知嵌入)对高端装备制造业企业协同创新具有显著正向影响;产业联盟关系(关系强度和关系持久度)正向调节社会网络嵌入(结构嵌入、关系嵌入和认知嵌入)与高端装备制造业企业协同创新之间的关系.本文研究揭示了高端装备制造业企业协同创新水平提升的路径,为促进产业高质量发展提供了借鉴和参考.

Abstract

Social network embeddedness is a driving factor to enhance the level of enterprise collaborative innovation.Based on the survey data of 327 high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of social network embeddedness on enterprise collaborative innovation.The results show that social network embeddedness(structural embeddedness,relational embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness)has a significant positive impact on collaborative innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.Industrial alliance relationship(relationship strength and relationship durability)positively moderates the relationship between social network embeddedness(structural embeddedness,relational embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness)and collaborative innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.This study reveals the path to enhance the level of collaborative innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,and provides reference for promoting the high-quality development of the industry.
