Research on the Influence of Innovation Job Requirement on New Generation Employees'Sense of Thriving at Work——The Mediating Role of Stress Evaluation
As the"new generation"steps into the workplace,the working attitude of this group has been widely concerned.Based on the theory of resource conservation,this study aims to explore the relationship between innovation job requirement and new generation employees'sense of thriving at work,taking stress evaluation as the mediating mechanism,and analyzing the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty.The empirical results show that innovation job requirement has a positive effect on employees'sense of thriving at work,and challenge evaluation and obstacle evaluation play a mediating role between them.At the same time,environmental uncertainty enhances the positive relationship between challenge evaluation and sense of thriving at work.This study contributes to an in-depth understanding of the potential intermediate mechanism and boundary conditions between innovation job requirement and new generation employees'sense of thriving at work,and provides an important reference for enterprises to promote innovation behavior.
