清末民国外交期刊的出版缘起、基本样态及其价值

摘要
清末民国,在民族危机的刺激、研究团体的成立以及官方的支持等因素的共同影响下,共创办外交期刊27 种.通过对它们的创刊时间、出版地点、编辑出版单位和出版周期等方面进行分析,发现这些期刊在创刊时间和地点上分布不均衡,在创办主体和出版周期上呈现多样性.清末民国外交期刊的创办,具有重要的价值,它们不仅展现了近代爱国学人的救亡情怀,向国民传播和普及了外交知识,而且还推动了相关学术研究的发展.
Abstract
In the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,under the influence of the national crisis,the establishment of research groups and official support,27 kinds of diplomatic journals were founded.By ana-lyzing their founding time,publishing place,editing and publishing unit and publishing cycle,it is found that these periodicals were not evenly distributed in the founding time and region,and showed diversity in the foun-ding subject and publishing cycle.The establishment of diplomatic journals in the late Qing and Republic of Chi-na has important historical value.They showcased the patriotic diplomacy scholars'national salvation sentiments in modern times,disseminated and popularized diplomatic knowledge to the people,promoted the development of related academic research,and introduced Western international law.
