摘要
数字化转型成为当前制造企业创新发展的必由之路.以 2013-2022 年制造业上市公司为研究对象,构建计量模型探究数字化转型对制造企业创新绩效的影响.研究表明:数字化转型能够显著促进制造企业提升创新绩效,研发投入在数字化转型对企业创新绩效的影响中起到中介作用.异质性分析表明:数字化转型对制造企业创新绩效的促进作用在国有企业和东中部地区企业中更为显著.
Abstract
Digital transformation has become the only way for manufacturing enterprises to innovate and de-velop.Taking listed manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2022 as the research object,this paper constructs an econometric model to explore the impact of digital transformation on innovation performance of manufacturing en-terprises.The research shows that digital transformation can significantly promote the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises,and research input plays an intermediary role in the impact of digital transformation on enterprise innovation performance.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of digital transfor-mation on innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises is more significant in state-owned enterprises and enterprises in the eastern and central regions.
