停车场车位识别算法研究

随着城市化进程的加快和汽车保有量的迅猛增长,停车难问题日益严重,迫切需要高效的智能停车管理系统。基于此,提出了一种停车场车位识别算法,旨在自动检测和识别停车场中的空闲车位,提供实时车位信息,提高停车效率。首先,对停车场摄像头采集到的图像进行预处理,过滤掉多余背景信息;其次,利用霍夫变换检测停车区域的边界线,准确定位车位位置;最后,利用卷积神经网络对车位进行分类和识别(是否空闲),并进行可视化操作。实验结果表明,该算法具有较高的识别准确率,能够有效地识别空闲车位,具有一定的实用价值。
Research on Parking Space Recognition Algorithm
With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid growth of vehicle ownership,the problem of parking difficulty is becoming increasingly serious,and there is an urgent need for an efficient intelligent parking management system.Based on this,a parking space recognition algorithm for parking lots is proposed,aiming to automatically detect and recognize vacant parking spaces in parking lots and provide real-time parking space in-formation to improve parking efficiency.Firstly,the image captured by the parking lot camera is preprocessed to filter out the superfluous background information.Secondly,the Hough transform is used to detect the boundary lines of the parking area,accurately positioning the parking space location.Finally,the convolutional neural network is used to classify and recognize the parking space(whether it is vacant or not)and perform visual oper-ations.The experimental results show that the algorithm has a high recognition accuracy and can effectively iden-tify vacant parking spaces,and has certain practical value.
