滞育卵对基于沃尔巴克氏体的蚊媒控制的影响

以蚊子为媒介进行传播的蚊媒病毒严重影响人类健康,全球每年有超过70 万人死于蚊子叮咬传播的疾病。当前的主要灭蚊方式是喷洒杀虫剂,但由于蚊虫容易产生耐药性而不能长期持续使用。基于沃尔巴克氏体的蚊媒种群控制是一种新式的环保高效的灭蚊方法,该方法利用沃尔巴克氏体对宿主的一些特殊调控作用可以对外界蚊子种群进行种群压制或者种群替换。白纹伊蚊滞育卵被认为是蚊媒种群控制的重要干扰因素,文章建立常微分方程模型讨论蚊子滞育卵对基于沃尔巴克氏体的蚊媒种群控制的影响,并给出保证种群压制和种群替换所需要的人工培育蚊株的释放需求。
Effects of Diapause Eeggs on Mosquito Control Based on Wolbachia
Mosquito-borne viruses transmitted by mosquitoes seriously affect human health.More than 700,000 people worldwide die from diseases transmitted by mosquito bites each year.At present,the main method of mosquito control is to spray insecticides,but due to the evolution of mosquito resistance and other rea-sons,it cannot be used continuously for a long time.Mosquito population control based on Wolbachia is a novel and environmentally efficient method,by this method,some special regulation effects of Wolbachia on the host can be used to suppress or replace the external mosquito population.The diapause eggs of Aedes albopictus are considered an important interfering factor in mosquito population control.In this paper,an ordinary differential equation model was established to discuss the effect of mosquito diapausing eggs on Wolbachia-based mosquito vector population control,and the release requirements of cultured mosquito strains needed to ensure population suppression and replacement were given.
