情绪ABC理论介入休学家庭教育困扰的个案研究

父母的消极情绪或情绪化表达方式影响儿童情绪能力和社会适应能力的发展,是导致儿童问题行为形成的一个重要因素。本文应用情绪ABC理论,帮助一名因孩子休学产生家庭教育困扰的母亲,通过引导其对自身情绪产生原因进行客观剖析,协助其识别不合理认知,建立合理信念,以理性和和建设性的方式思考问题,并采取有效措施做出积极改变。
A Case Study of the Intervention of Emotional ABC Theory into the Family Education Disturbance of School Suspension
Parents'negative emotion or emotional expression affects the development of children's emotional ability and social adaptability,and is an important factor leading to the formation of children's problem behavior.This paper applies the emotional ABC theory to help a mother who has family education problems due to her child's suspension from school.By guiding them to conduct an objective analysis of the causes of their emotions,this study helps them identify unreasonable cognition,establish reasonable beliefs,think in a rational and con-structive way,and take effective measures to make positive changes.
