气质联用法分析丹参不同部位挥发性成分

目的:研究丹参不同部位挥发油化学成分并进行比较.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取丹参根、茎、叶及花挥发油,运用气相色谱一质谱联用(GC-MS)方法对各部位提取挥发油进行分析,用面积归一法分别计算各成分的相对含量.结果:从丹参根、茎、叶及花挥发油中共鉴定45种成分.结论:丹参根与茎、叶及花挥发油中主要化学成分差别很大,而茎、叶、花中主要化学成分大致相同.
Objective: To study the chemical components of the volatile oil from different part of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Method:The volatile oils from different parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. were extracted by steam distillation.The chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was calculated by are-a normalization. Results:The chemical compositions of volatile oil got in roots, stems, leaves and flowers were 45 kinds. Conclusion: The main chemical components from the stems, leaves and flowers of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. are almost same, but which from the roots are quite different.
