摘要
研究幽门螺杆菌感染及根治与消化系统常见病的相关性,给早期治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染提供依据.筛选幽门螺杆菌阳性患者200例,年龄20~70岁,按胃炎、消化性溃疡、不典型增生分类,治疗后采用C13呼吸试验确定幽门螺杆菌转阴率、胃镜复查确定病灶愈合率.幽门螺杆菌在致病过程中起了很大作用,幽门螺杆菌治疗转阴组胃内微小病灶愈合有效率高达89%;慢性消化系统疾病中早期根治幽门螺杆菌非常必要,可以达到预防和阻止微小病灶向恶性疾病发展,改善患者的预后.
Abstract
To study the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and its radical treatment with common digestive system disea-ses,in order to provide a basis for early treatment of HP infection,200 patients with Helicobacter pylori positivity,aged 20-70 years old,were selected and classified according to gastritis,peptic ulcer,and atypical hyperplasia.After treatment,C13 breathing test(Using the C13 isotope respiratory test detection method,patients only need to gently breathe into a specific disposable specialized respiratory test card to detect the number of Helicobacter pylori infections in the patient's body.After oral administration of C13 urea capsules,if Helico-bacter pylori is present in the stomach,the bacteria will secrete urease to hydrolyze urea.The urea is hydrolyzed and forms carbon dioxide that enters the lungs with the blood and is expelled as gas.Then,the patient's exhaled gas is tested for labeled C13.If so,it indi-cates the presence of Helicobacter pylori.If the test result is less than 4 dpm,it is considered negative for Helicobacter pylorii,and if it is greater than 4 dpm,it is considered positive for Helicobacter pylori)was used to determine the negative rate of Helicobacter pylori and gastroscopy was used to determine the healing rate of the lesion.The results showed that Helicobacter pylori played a significant role in the pathogenic process,and the effective rate of healing of small gastric lesions in the negative group treated with Helicobacter pylori was as high as 89%,the healing rate of the atypical hyperplasia group reached 100%,which highly indicates that the small lesions signifi-cantly reduced under gastroscopy after HP radical surgery.Early eradication of Helicobacter pylori in chronic digestive system diseases is necessary to prevent the progression of small lesions to malignant diseases,and it could improve the prognosis of patients.
