Effect of Thymopentin for Injection Combined with Fiberoptic Broncho-scopic Lavage on Serum Inflammatory Indicators in Patients with Bron-chiectasis Complicated with Pulmonary Infection
To observe the effect of thymopentin for injection combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopic lavage on the levels of serum inflammatory indicators in patients with bronchiectasis(BE)complicated with pulmonary infection,150 patients with BE complicated with pulmonary infection from March 2021 to March 2022 were included and divided into control group,fiberoptic bronchoscope group and combined group with 50 cases in each group by the random number table method.The control group was given routine symptomatic support treatment,and the fiberoptic bronchoscope group was combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopic lavage treatment on the basis of the control group,and the combined group was treated with thymopentin on the basis of the fiberoptic bronchoscope group.The clinical efficacy,recovery time,and pulmonary function,arterial blood gas indicators and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.The total effective rate of treatment in fiberoptic bronchoscope group and combined group was higher than that in control group,and the total effective rate in combined group was higher than that in fiberoptic bronchoscope group(P<0.05).The cough and expectoration recovery time,fever recovery time and hospital stay time were shorter in fiberoptic bronchoscope group and combined group than those in control group,and were shorter in combined group than those in fiberoptic bronchoscope group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),the percen-tage of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),partial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2)and oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2)in fiberoptic bronchoscope and combined groups were higher than those in control group,and the above indicators in combined group were higher than those in fiberoptic bronchoscope group(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and serum amyloid A(SAA)in fiberoptic bronchoscope group and com-bined group after 7 days of treatment were lower than those in control group,and the above levels in combined group were lower than those in fiberoptic bronchoscope group(P<0.05).Thymopentin for injection combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopic lavage in the treatment of BE with pulmonary infection can promote the recovery of symptoms and signs,improve the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas,and control the inflammatory response.
