摘要
文章对血红蛋白的分子结构、分离纯化及功能特性和血红蛋白多肽制备方法的研究进行了综述,并探讨了血红蛋白多肽的降压机制研究现状,最后提出了Hb多肽存在降压机制研究的问题以及开发利用的方向,以期为Hb降压肽产品的进一步开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the molecular structure,purification and functional properties of hemoglobin and the preparation methods of hemoglobin polypeptide are reviewed,and the research status of the antihypertensive mechanism of hemoglobin polypeptide is discussed.Finally,the problems of the antihypertensive mechanism of Hb polypeptide and the direction of its development and utili-zation are proposed,in order to further improve the development and utilization of Hb antihypertensive peptide products.
