Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction Combined with Rosuvastatin on Blood Lipid Metabolism and Blood Pressure Control in Patients with Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia
To investigate the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with rosuvastatin on blood lipid metabolism and blood pressure control in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,a total of 160 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who were admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were included in this study.They were divided into the control group(80 cases)and the observation group(80 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given con-ventional treatment and rosuvastatin treatment,and the observation group was given Rhizoma Coptidis Jiedu Decoction treatment on the basis of the above control group.All the patients were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical effects after 8 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,cholesterol metabolism markers,levels of blood lipid,blood pressure control,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with 83.75％of the control group,the total clinical effective rate of 96.25％in the observation group was higher.After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of chest stuffiness,vertigo,dizziness and palpita-tion,levels of serum apolipoprotcin A,apolipoprotein B,apolipoprotcin E,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,which was lower in the observation group than in the control group.However,the level of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased,which was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment(P＞0.05).Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with rosuvastatin could effectively control levels of blood pressure and reduce blood lipid in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia,stabilize blood lipid metabolism of patients,and relieve chest tightness,vertigo,dizzi-ness and other clinical symptoms.The curative effect of clinical application was exact,and the safety was high.
