Effects of Butylphthalein Combined with Vinpocetine Injection on Neuroin-flammatory Response and Cognitive Function in Elderly Hypertension Patients Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction
To investigate the effects of butylphthalein combined with vinpocetine injection on neuroinflammatory response and cognitive function in elderly hypertension patients complicated with acute cerebral infarction,general data of 72 elderly hypertension patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Taikang Tongji Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Those trea-ted with conventional treatment combined with vinpocetine were included in the control group(n=37),and those treated with conven-tional treatment combined with vinpocetine and buphenphthalein were included in the observation group(n=35).The effects of diffe-rent treatment methods on neuroinflammatory response,cognitive function,life ability,vascular endothelial index,hemorheology index,oxidative stress index and cerebral hemodynamic index were analyzed.The muscle strength of left upper limb,left lower limb,right upper limb and right lower limb were significantly increased in both groups after treatment,and the above indexes in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental state(MMSE),Barthel index(BI)and cognitive function(MoCA)were significantly increased in both groups,while the scores of neuro-logical impairment(NIHSS)were decreased.After treatment,the score of MESS,BI index and MoCA in the observation group were sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group,the NIHSS score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO)were significantly increased,and the levels of endothelin(ET),tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI)and thromboxane B2(TXB2)were decreased in both groups.After treatment,the levels of NO in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of ET,PAI and TXB2 were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were decreased,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were increased,and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of VEGF were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Whole blood high tangential viscosity(HSV),plasma viscosity(PSV)and plasma fibrinogen(FIB)levels were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment,and the above indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of systolic resistance index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)decreased,and the average blood flow velocity(Vm)increased in the two groups,and the Vm level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the RI and PI levels were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Butophthalein combined with vinencetine injection is better in elderly hypertension patients complicated with acute cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve neuroinflammatory response,vascular endothelial indexes,hemorheology indexes,oxidative stress indexes and cerebral hemodynamics status,improve patients'cognitive function and life ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
