Analysis of the Efficacy of Seretide Combined with Yiqi Xuanfei Decoc-tion in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis
To investigate the efficacy of Seretide combined with yiqi xuanfei decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,86 patients with chronic bronchitis who attended the hospital from March 2020 to July 2021 were selected as study subjects.All patients were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,each including 43 patients.The group A was treated with Seretide and the group B was treated with yiqi xuanfei decoction on the basis of the group A.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,lung function,blood gas index and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.After treatment,the total effective rate of the group B was significantly higher than that of the group A(P＜0.05);the time to stop cough,time to calm asthma and time to eliminate sputum of the group B was significantly shorter than that of the group A(P＜0.05);the FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the group B were significantly higher than that of the group A(P＜0.05);PaO2 and SpO2 of the group B were significantly higher than that of the group A,and PaCO2 was significantly lower than that of the group A(P＜0.05);the quality of life score of the group B was significantly higher than that of the group A(P＜0.05).The treatment of chronic bronchitis patients with Seretide combined with yiqi xuanfei decoction can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of lung function,and improve the quality of life and clinical efficacy of patients,which has certain clinical promotion value.
