Effect of Self-prepared Chinese Medicine Binmin Prescription Combined with Standardized Dust Mite Sublingual Desensitization in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children and its Influence on Immune Function
To investigate the effect of self-proposed traditional Chinese medicine binmin prescription combined with standardized dust mite sublingual desensitization in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis and the effect on immune function,66 children with allergic rhinitis who attended Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the desensitization group and the combination group,each with 33 cases,using the random number table method.The desensitization group was treated with standardized dust mite sublingual desensitization therapy,and the combination group was treated with self-prepared traditional Chinese medicine binmin prescription combined with standardized dust mite sublin-gual desensitization therapy,and the two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the children in the two groups were compared with the Chinese medicine syndrome score,serological indexes,immune function,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the children in the two groups.After treatment,the TCM symptom score,interleukin-4(IL-4),CD8+level,recurrence rate,sneezing,nasal discharge,nasal congestion,nasal itching and other symp-toms disappeared in the combined group were lower than those in the desensitized group(P＜0.05).Transforming growth factor(TGF-β),IL-10,interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),CD4+and CD4+/CD8+level in the combined group were higher than those in the desensitized group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the combined group than in the desensitized group(P＜0.05),and the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P＞0.05).The combination of standardized sublingual desensitization of dust mites with the self-formulated Chinese medicine binmin prescrip-tion can improve the serological indexes of the children,reduce the points of Chinese medicine symptoms and the recurrence rate,shorten the recovery time of the children,improve the immune function of the children with a high degree of safety.
