铂基纳米酶在疾病治疗中的研究进展

摘要
人工合成的纳米酶相较于天然蛋白酶具有稳定性好、成本低等优势,在生物医药领域内得到了越来越广泛的关注.铂基纳米酶具有易制备、催化活性高、生物相容性好等优点,在炎症、细菌感染、肿瘤等疾病治疗领域展现出极好的应用前景.文章总结了铂基纳米酶具有的多种天然酶模拟活性以及活性相关调控方式,概述了铂基纳米材料在疾病治疗领域的应用,具体介绍了铂基纳米酶发挥抗炎、抗菌及抗肿瘤功能的原理,对于铂基纳米酶的应用前景进行了展望.
Abstract
Nanozymes refer to all nanoparticles exhibiting similar catalytic activity to natural enzymes.Synthetic nanozymes,com-pared to natural protein enzymes,have gained increasing attention in the field of biomedicine with the advantages of good stability and low cost.Due to their easy preparation,high catalytic activity,and good biocompatibility,platinum nanozymes have shown great poten-tial in the treatment of diseases such as inflammation,bacterial infections,and cancers.This article summarizes the various natural enzyme-mimetic activities of platinum nanozymes and their related activity regulation methods,summarizes the application of plati-num-based nano materials in the field of disease treatment,specifically introduces the principles of nanozyme application of anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antitumor,and provides an outlook on the application prospects of platinum nanozymes.
