亚临床型铁质沉着症继发青光眼一例

摘要
患者男性,59 岁.主诉右眼视物模糊 22 d,右眼单眼眼压升高,眼球创口不明显,经眼眶CT发现存在眼内异物,外伤史追溯至 4 年前,眼部无明显铁锈样斑块,临床诊断为亚临床型铁质沉着症继发青光眼.经玻璃体切除术联合白内障超声乳化术,摘出眼内铁质异物术后眼压控制.
Abstract
A 59-year-old male patient complained of blurred vision in the right eye for 22 days.Elevated intraocular pressure was measured in the right eye,and no obvious wound was found in the eyeball.Intraocular foreign body was found through orbital CT,and the history of external injury was traced back to 4 years ago.There were no obvious rust-like plaques.This case was clinically diagnosed with glaucoma secondary to subclinical siderosis and the intraocular pressure was controlled after vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification to remove the iron foreign body in the eye.
