摘要
患者女性,54岁,右眼角结膜大面积被毛虫毒毛刺入,眼部红肿明显,诊断为右眼角膜异物,多次行右眼广泛角结膜异物取出术及前房异物取出术,同时联合药物消炎抗感染、促进角膜修复等治疗,患者病情稳定.
Abstract
In this case,a 54-year-old female who was diagnosed with a right corneal foreign body after a large area of the right corneal conjunctiva punctured by caterpillar venomous hairs,with obvious redness and swelling of the eye.The patient's condition was stabilized after repeated extensive corneal conjunctival foreign body removal and anterior chamber foreign body removal in the right eye,along with a combination of anti-inflammatory and anti-infective medications and promotion of corneal repair.
