摘要
早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)是一种发生在早产儿和低出生体重儿的眼底视网膜血管增生性疾病,是儿童盲的主要病因.随着对ROP研究的不断深入,诊断方法及治疗方法的选择在不断发生变化,及时规范筛查、严格把控治疗指征和恰当选择治疗方案,无疑是降低ROP致盲率的重要举措.本文就ROP 的诊断及治疗进展进行综述.
Abstract
Retinophathy of prematurity(ROP)is a retinal proliferative disease occurring in premature and low birth weight infants,which is the leading cause of blindness in children.With the continuous deepening study on ROP,the diagnosis and treatment methods are constantly changing.Undoubtedly,timely and standardized screening,strictly controlling of the therapeutic indications and selectling appropriate therapeutic modalities are important measures to reduce the blindness rate of ROP.In this paper,the advances in diagnosis and treatment of ROP are reviewed.
