摘要
先天性视盘小凹(ODP)属于少见的先天性视盘发育异常的一类,主要表现为视盘颞侧的灰白色椭圆形凹陷.ODP一般没有明显的临床症状,但累及视盘小凹黄斑病变(ODP-M)时,可导致视力下降等.目前其发病机制仍未完全明确,因此在此病的治疗方式上也无统一共识.本文就ODP及ODP-M的发生机制、诊断、治疗方法等方面作一综述.
Abstract
Congenital optic disc pit(ODP)is one of the infrequent optic disc cavitary anomalies,which is mainly manifested as an oval,gray-white depression on the temporal side of the optic disc.ODP generally has no obvious clinical symptoms,but it may cause vision loss when accompanied by optic disc pit maculopathy(ODP-M).At present,the pathogenesis of ODP has not yet been clearly elucidated,so there is no unified consensus on the treatment of this disease.This article reviews the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of ODP and ODP-M.
