摘要
患者男性,56 岁,因"双眼复视及右眼眼球突出 2 年余"就诊诊断为右侧鼻眶骨瘤合并眶内黏液囊肿,行鼻内窥镜下结膜入路联合鼻窦入路骨瘤摘除联合鼻窦开放术,术后效果良好.
Abstract
The 56-year-old male was diagnosed as"right nasal orbital osteoma combined with intraorbital mucocele"due to diplopia and exptomos in the right eye for more than 2 years.He underwent nasal endoscopic conjunctival approach combined with sinus approach enucleation combined with sinus opening,with good postoperative results.
