以双眼视网膜血管瘤首诊于眼科的希佩尔-林道综合征1例
A case report of Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome initially presented with bilateral retinal hemangioblastomas in the Department of Ophthalmology

摘要
患者男性,37 岁,因"左眼视力下降1 个月余"首诊于眼科.完善眼部及全身检查后诊断为双眼视网膜多处血管母细胞瘤,全身多处血管母细胞瘤,最终诊断为Von Hippel-Lindau综合征.多次行左眼玻璃体内抗血管内皮生长因子药物注射及双眼血管母细胞瘤激光治疗,并行小脑病损切除术,治疗后双眼视网膜母细胞瘤部分萎缩,左眼黄斑水肿明显减轻,小脑病变稳定,目前患者仍在随访中.
Abstract
The patient who a 37-year-old male visited the Department of Ophthalmology due to a decreased vision in left eye for over a month,which represented multiple hemangioblastomas in both eyes,and multiple hemangioblastomas in whole body.The patient received repeated anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs injections into vitreous cavity in the left eye,repeated laser treatments of hemangioblastomas in both eyes,and resection of cerebellar lesion.After treatment,the retinoblastoma of both eyes partially atrophied,and the macular edema of the left eye significantly alleviated,and the cerebellar lesion was stable.The patient is still in follow-up.
